YOUNG GIRLS, LADIES: MENSES OR PERIODS:

PLEASE, LADIES AND YOUNG LADIES:
If you find out you have blood coming out of your private parts: DO NOT PANIC, it's the start of normal women's “cycles”, called menstruation or “periods” or “menses”. Ask your Mum, she will understand and talk further, this is private to ladies, women, and usually starts over the age of 11 or 12. It is NORMAL, and is NOT a curse.
If you cannot find your Mum or an elder sister, telephone if possible, the group called Samaritans, to talk to a person on the phone, if a man answers, ask him if a lady is there for you to talk to.
Or the group Lifeline, also takes phone calls. Or other suchlike groups whom answer the phones 24 hours per day.
In Samaritans at least, the call will NOT be recorded in detail or by name, only a logbook entry as usual, saying something like: “girl called with a private problem”. The logbooks are taken for the organisation to give the numbers of calls to do with finding funding for the rent of the rooms, hiring the phone lines and all. The counsellors are all trained and know already, what type of phone calls can be received, going by past callers.
IF the lady is wanting God to help, do ask him, in private, even in the mind. And sometimes, healers from Heaven, will arrive, you may not see or hear them, they can be there to help, and only LADY-HEALERS will come around to help on this subject. It is NOT a matter of any male arriving to help, this is to help you and the lady-healers know more about such things, than you and I. In fact, it's also ok to Pray an intercessionary prayer, for Mother Mary to help, if she does not come around, she will send someone else that knows how to solve the problem. This in all kindness.
In this way, it is not about being embarrassed. Usually, a mother will have a very quiet talk with her young teenage girls, about this, before she gets her menses, but the timing of when it all starts, is difficult for her to know, so sometimes the girl will get their menses before the mother has talked with her.
The reason behind this blog is that sometimes, a young girl, whom knows nothing about what is happening, can panic and even do the very wrong thing: suicide, there is NO need for that, most women, around 99.9% of women, alive around the age of 11-12 over over that, have their menses or periods.
Do try to avoid talking to a man about this, because of the possible embarrasment, yet if there's only a man around, a good one, like your Dad, he might help by reassuring you it's normal.
You will need “sanitary pads” or “sanitary napkins” or even “sanitary towels” to put onto your underwear to “catch” the blood, then later throw the pads into a furnace or the rubbish inside an old paper bag. And replace it. It's normal. It can be embarrassing, around men and boys, yet is still normal.
If a young girl suddenly finds blood on her sheets and bed, its' the same thing: menses. Normal.
In New Zealand, putting the sheets etc. into a bucket with some Nappi-san is usually enough to soak and then put the things through the washing machine, that would usually get the blood off and then it's all clean again.
Menses are NOT dirty. Only those whom mock and make fun of that, are dirty.
